Hey You Guys! ‘The Goonies’ LEGO Set Unveiled Complete with Ke Huy Quan’s Return as Data! Goonies never say die! The LEGO Group, in collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products, today revealed the LEGO Ideas The Goonies set, which is a massive 2,912-piece interactive LEGO set inviting adult fans to relive the beloved 1980s adventure.
The collectible set faithfully recreates memorable scenes inside a cross-section of One-Eyed Willy’s legendary Inferno pirate ship. Builders can explore the Fratellis’ hideaway and caves, activate boulder-dropping traps with the Copper Bones Skeleton Key, and play the skeleton organ to open a trapdoor. The model even includes a nod to the legendary deleted octopus scene and Sloth’s daring mast-slide.
Twelve minifigures are included, featuring the whole Goonies gang, including: Mikey, Mouth, Chunk, Andy, and Data—along with villains like Mama Fratelli and Sloth (with brand-new pirate hat and bandana elements).

The concept was created by fan designer Vaggelis Ntezes through the LEGO Ideas program.
To celebrate the launch, Oscar-winning actor Ke Huy Quan has reprised his iconic role as Data in a nostalgic mini-film. Quan guides viewers through the set’s booby traps, points out hidden easter eggs, and shares personal memories from the classic film. “Revisiting Data after all these years—but this time in LEGO form—has been such a joyful experience,” commented Quan. “This set captures that spirit in fantastic detail.” The mini-film is available to watch on below:

The LEGO Ideas The Goonies set is priced at $309.99 / £269.99 / €299.99 and will be available for LEGO Insiders early access starting November 1st, with general availability beginning November 4th.
