Is this Wicked For Good Hot Air Balloon Popcorn Bucket Coming to the US?. This morning, Event Cinemas (Australia) released images of the new Wicked: For Good Emerald City Hot Air Balloon Popcorn Bucket, plus a new hexagonal Wicked For Good popcorn tin, and an Elphaba & Glinda Tumbler.
Fans on social media have been reposting the images all morning, wondering where they can purchase them and at what theater they will be available. As of 3:00 PM Eastern, AMC, Regal, Cinemark, Marcus, Harkins, Alamo Drafthouse, and US movie theaters have not released this information. The only US popcorn bucket tin that has been released was from Cinemark.

Wicked: For Good Emerald City Hot Air Balloon Popcorn Bucket:
This container is the star attraction. It features the iconic green stripes of the Emerald City balloon, complete with the prominent ‘W’ for The Wizard of Oz himself, logo in several panels. The balloon lights up, illuminating the entire structure from below. It opens via a lid at the top for easy refilling. If we go off previously sold popcorn buckets, like the Mission Impossible Final Reckoning bucket, which is a close match in size, it would be priced at A$49.99, which is $32.99 US.
Hexagonal Wicked: For Good Popcorn Tin:
A six-sided popcorn tin where each side panel shows a character from the movie. From the front, we can see three of the panels starring Glinda, which have the words “Her Goodness Will Protect You” with the Wicked: For Good logo. On the 2 other two sides are The Wizard of Oz himself, and the other side shows Fiyero as Scarecrow. Popcorn Tins like this usually sell for A$16.50, close to $11.00 US
Wicked: For Food Glinda and Elphaba tumbler is emerald green with the two witches holding hands while facing each other, sparkles are falling in between them. Comes with a green straw. A$19.99 or just over $13.00 US.
Are these coming to the US market? While we think they have a chance to come to either AMC, Cinemark, or Regal, overseas movie theaters do get their own exclusive popcorn buckets. So we do not know as of this writing. What we can say is, if you really need the Emerald City Wizards Hot Air Balloon popcorn bucket, and who doesn’t, make friends with someone from the country! Wicked has fans worldwide, and it is a friendly group.
US Collector’s Guide: Where to Find Wicked For Good Merch
Though the balloon is an Australian exclusive, US theaters are announcing their own range of merchandise, often following the strategy used for the first Wicked film. Cinemark has already revealed the first US Wicked For Good collectibles as part of its Super Ticket promotion. For Part 1, the Super Ticket included an exclusive, though somewhat simple, embossed popcorn tin.
