It’s Official: Walt Disney World has Two New Ambassadors for 2026-2027. Kylee Withers and Phelicia Blake have been announced as the new Walt Disney World Ambassadors for 2026-2027! In a ceremony this morning at Epcot’s World Showplace, Jeff Vahle, President of Walt Disney World, announced the new Ambassadors.

Here is the official press release from Walt Disney World: Walt Disney World has announced Kylee Withers and Phelicia Blake as the resort’s next Ambassadors. The two cast members were chosen during a special celebration at EPCOT, where they were joined by family, friends, and Ambassador alumni.
The Walt Disney World Ambassador role is a long-standing tradition that dates back to 1965 when it was created by Walt Disney himself. Every two years, two cast members are selected to represent the resort’s more than 80,000 cast members. As the world’s most visited theme park destination, Withers and Blake will play a key role in upcoming milestone moments.
“Becoming a Walt Disney World Ambassador is a dream come true,” said Withers, who previously worked in Merchandise Finance. “It feels so surreal that we’re going to represent our cast with all the growth ahead at Walt Disney World, and I’m so excited for the incredible moments that are ahead of us.”
Blake, a former Guest Experience Manager at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, shared her excitement about the new role. “What I’m looking forward to most as a Disney Ambassador is celebrating our 80,000 cast members here at Walt Disney World,” she said. “I love that at Disney, we create happiness for each other and our guests every day, and I can’t wait to continue doing that with Kylee these next two years.”
Withers and Blake will begin their training in the coming weeks with current Walt Disney World Ambassadors, Serena Arvizu and Shannon-Smith Conrad. Their two-year term officially begins on January 1, 2026. Updates on their journey will be shared on the official @wdw.ambassador Instagram page.
We are saddened to see Serena Arvizu and Shannon Smith-Conrad go, but we know they leave us better off than when they started. We got the chance to spend time with both Ambassadors throughout the past two years, and we feel like they have represented the cast members of Walt Disney World wonderfully.
