Where to Buy and How Much? Tron: Ares Arcade Cabinet and Lightcycle Popcorn Bucket. There is nothing more iconic to a Tron fan than the Tron Lightcycle, and nothing hits that nostalgia quite like a Tron Arcade Cabinet! Now, both have become Tron: Ares popcorn buckets that will be coming out to theaters across the country when the movie hits the big screen on October 10th, 2025.
How much do the Tron: Ares Popcorn Buckets Cost?
Tron: Ares Lightcycle Popcorn Bucket has light-up wheels. Both the front and back wheel wells are hollow and can be filled with popcorn. Ares, played by Jared Leto, is riding the Lightcycle. This should hold around 100oz of popcorn and be priced at around $55.00. We are basing this price on the past releases of vehicle popcorn buckets, like the Fantasticar and Red Guardians limo, that cost $49.99. Since this one lights up, expect it to cost more.
The Tron: Ares Arcade Cabinet is an updated version of the original Tron arcade cabinet that was prevalent in the 80s at Arcades around the country. The popcorn cabinet holds the popcorn with a lid on the top of the cabinet. The Tron Ares logo is on the top of the machine, and it appears that there is a screen with the logo and Ares himself on a Lightcycle. The old school blue joystick is visible along with coin slots for quarters! The cabinet is decorated with the red lightcycle. We priced this at $49.99 – $59.00, depending on whether it is a combo or not, and will update when it is released.
You can see how intricate and how closely the designers and manufacturers paid attention to the details of the original arcade cabinet in the images below. These are designed and made by Golden Link. The same people who did the Fantastic Four Galactus Popcorn Bucket that is now in the Guinesse Book of World Records, and the Swapcorn Buckets for Freakier Friday, along with most of your favorite popcorn bucket collectables.

Where Can You Purchase Tron: Ares Lightcycle Popcorn Bucket and Arcade Cabinet?
Marcus Theaters and Regal Cinemas have announced the duo for sale. If we go off of past releases like the Fantastic Four popcorn buckets, they should become available to purchase online and in theaters sometime around October 5th through the 10th. Regal has posted on social media that the Arcade Cabinet is exclusive, but we know for sure it is coming to Marcus Theaters, too. Cinemark will have the Lightcycle.
Regal IG Post: Arcade Cabinet popcorn bucket – “Level up your popcorn collection with the Arcade Container, available exclusively at Regal. At select locations, while supplies last.” Tron: Ares Lightcycle – “Immerse yourself in Tron: Ares and let your worlds collide with the Lightcycle collectible popcorn container.”
Marcus Theaters post: “Straight from the Grid—Tron: Ares collectibles are COMING SOON! Get ready to light up your snack game.”
