Universal Studios has announced an exciting new haunted house for this year’s Halloween Horror Nights (HHN), a collaboration with the WWE to bring to life the terrifying world of the late Windham Rotunda, best known as wrestling superstar Bray Wyatt. Titled “WWE Presents: The Horrors of the Wyatt Sicks,” this attraction at Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando Resort promises to immerse fans in the bizarre and eerie lore Wyatt created throughout his career.
For years, Bray Wyatt captivated WWE audiences with his ability to blend horror and wrestling. He was the lantern-wielding leader of the cult-like Wyatt Family and later evolved into the dual persona of the friendly “Firefly Fun House” host and the demonic Fiend. His characters were so layered and cinematic that they caught the attention of Universal’s creative team, including Mike Aiello, Senior Director of Entertainment and Creative Development at Universal Orlando Resort.
“When he evolved into this amazing character called The Fiend, it was a very, very scary-looking character,” Aiello shared. “I just posted on my social media account, ‘Oh my god. The Fiend is back.’ And he responded, ‘When’s the HHN house?'”

A Story That Transcends the Ring
The idea for the haunted house was put into motion after Wyatt’s passing when his brother, Taylor Rotunda (Bo Dallas), continued the story with a new faction called the Wyatt Sicks. The group made a shocking debut on Monday Night Raw, destroying the backstage area in a scene that looked straight out of a horror movie.
“The entire area had been destroyed, and it looked like a Horror Nights house,” Aiello said. “So, I immediately called my good friend Marty Miller, who leads all the live production, and I told him, ‘You guys just did a Horror Nights house on live TV.’ And that got the ball rolling.”
Working closely with the WWE, the HHN creative team delved deep into the characters’ backstories to design an experience that is both a thrilling scare and a tribute. The house will guide guests through the Wyatt Family Compound, a “supernatural black void” that leads to the domains of each of the Wyatt Sicks, including Abby the Witch, Mercy the Buzzard, and Huskus the Pig. Guests in Florida will even get to walk through a recreation of the backstage area from that shocking Monday Night Raw moment.
A Heartfelt Homage
The attraction will feature many of the elements fans adored, including Wyatt’s iconic lantern and his chilling alter ego, The Fiend, who will taunt guests with his signature phrase, “Let… Him… In!” Beyond the jump scares and special effects, the experience is intended to be a deeply meaningful tribute to Wyatt’s creative genius.
“It’s tragic that he’s not here anymore, and it really hit me,” Aiello said of a moment during a recent tech review. “I don’t doubt that what I felt is something that I think fans of his will be feeling when they go into that space.”
For fans lovingly called “fireflies,” this isn’t just another haunted house—it’s a chance to step inside a world that only existed in Wyatt’s mind, a fitting way to honor a legacy that went far beyond the wrestling ring.
This is the first time WWE and Universal are collaborating for Halloween Horror Nights. Which is surprising considering how closely the fandom overlaps.
