Disney World AP Zootopia: Better Zoogether Preview Announcement Coming Soon. With Destination D23 canceling its highly anticipated Parks Panel, Disney Parks took matters into its own hands. Today, in a surprise announcement, Disney revealed a wave of new attractions and updates. Fans can look forward to thrilling new scenes coming to Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, as well as the official takeover of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster by the Electric Mayhem in 2026.
Disney has announced special previews for cast members, Annual Passholders, and Disney Vacation Club Members. Details will be released later this fall.
For us and other Walt Disney World Annual Passholders, the news got even better with the announcement that Zootopia: Better Zoogether will be opening on November 7th, 2025, and WDW APs will get a preview opportunity. WDW Annual Passholders’ Social media account reposted the Disney Parks announcement and added “Keep an eye out for information later this fall about preview opportunities for Passholders!”
Disney Parks Announcement: Disney’s Animal Kingdom to Debut New Zootopia 4D Show on November 7. Disney’s Animal Kingdom will introduce a new 4D show, Zootopia: Better Zoogether!, opening November 7. The show will feature characters from the films Zootopia and the upcoming Zootopia 2.
Located at the Tree of Life Theater, the show centers on Zoogether Day, a celebration of unity within the city of Zootopia. The experience will be presented as a livestream watch party hosted by a new wolf character, Heidi Howler.
The show will include performances such as ice-skating, synchronized swimming, and a musical finale by the character Gazelle. Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman will reprise their voice roles as Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde, with contributions from filmmakers Jared Bush and Byron Howard. The new show is designed to expand the world of Zootopia, with the new film Zootopia 2 arriving in theaters on November 26.
In addition to the show, Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde will be available for character greetings at the Zoogether Day Gathering Spot on Discovery Island. The characters will appear in new outfits from Zootopia 2.
