They are a popcorn bucket that is a drink holder and a drink holder that is a popcorn bucket. They are swapped, just like Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan are in the upcoming Disney sequel to Freaky Friday, Freakier Friday, due in theaters August 8th, 2025.
The Freakier Friday popcorn bucket and tumbler are coming to theaters. Only Marcus Theaters, aka Movie Tavern, has advertised the new bucket and drink. From Marcus Theaters’ IG: “Your snacks just had a body swap. These limited-edition Switch Collectibles for Freakier Friday are coming soon!“. No price is available as of this writing; we will update when it becomes available. Prices should fall in the $14.00 to $24.99 range. These should be sold as a set, but will probably be sold individually.
We should see Regal Cinemas, AMC Theaters, and Cinemark announce this or something like this coming to theaters when the movie releases.

Disney Freakier Friday Swap-corn Bucket and Drink Coming to Theaters
On Wednesday, August 6 – the anniversary of the original film’s release – fans across the country can celebrate with exclusive “Fan First” screenings of the sequel. Plus, as a new Disney+ Perk, eligible Disney+ subscribers can now purchase tickets through Fandango to a special double feature of “Freaky Friday” and “Freakier Friday,” only in theaters. These Wednesday early access screenings will also offer fans the chance to receive limited release “Freakier Friday” swag (while supplies last), including a “Freakier Friday” friendship bracelet set.
In the film, Curtis and Lohan reprise their roles as Tess and Anna Coleman. The story picks up years after Tess (Curtis) and Anna (Lohan) endured an identity crisis. Anna now has a daughter of her own and a soon-to-be stepdaughter. As they navigate the myriad challenges that come when two families merge, Tess and Anna discover that lightning might indeed strike twice.
