Cast Members Quietly Distribute Wristbands for Final Ride on Liberty Square Riverboat. In Liberty Square inside Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Cast Members are quietly handing out wristbands for what will be the final ride ever on the Liberty Belle Riverboat. There was no announcement, the Cast members are not located and spotted easily. We almost missed it ourselves with how quietly this was done today. Guests who can get a wristband will be the final guests to ride the riverboat on Rivers of America tonight, 7/6/2025, sometime around 8 PM.
The last day to experience the Liberty Square Riverboat is July 6. The attraction and Rivers of America will close permanently on July 7 to make way for the largest expansion in history at Magic Kingdom.
Wristbands, if still available, can be found behind the Liberty Marketplace, next to Columbia Harbour House. They are next to the green doors, on the right-hand side of the Haunted Mansion stroller parking. There are two cast members; there is no table, no signage, just two cast members holding wristbands! We were told to return at 8:00 PM tonight, which is when the last guest can board the steamship on Rivers of America.
We had speculated yesterday that this would not happen. But we wanted to check anyway. So we were on the first Liberty Belle run this morning at 10:00 AM. We found that our friends at Goo To You for calling us and letting us know they were available around 10:45 AM this morning.
