The Edison at Disney Springs Second “Bartender Bash” with Silent Auction Benefiting Give Kids the World, Tickets on Sale Now. Join The Edison at Disney Springs for our second annual Bartender’s Bash! Award-winning local mixologists from the Central Florida area will compete to create palate-pleasing cocktails for a panel of local VIP judges, plus attendees. Sample and vote on inventive beverages while enjoying expertly prepared bites from various food stations.
This year, eight of Central Florida’s top mixologists from renowned locations such as The Edison, Morimoto Asia, Mather’s Social Gathering, Yak & Yeti, and Atlantic at Epic Universe will engage in spirited competition, aiming to win over palates with their delicious handcrafted cocktails. During the event, guests will have the opportunity to sample and vote on these cocktails while indulging in perfectly paired bites prepared by The Edison’s culinary team at various food stations.
