Delight in a spooky atmosphere and frightful fun at this spirited celebration. Get your favorite costume ready and make your plans to live it up—collecting candies, sweets, and delightful treats—all while Magic Kingdom Park creates thrills and chills for fans with special fireworks, eerie entertainment, popular attractions—some with spellbinding surprises—and Disney characters that go bump in the night. Best of all: Since this event is “not-so-scary,” children of every age can enjoy the fun!
D23 Members will have the opportunity to purchase tickets through a special link found HERE on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 12 p.m. ET / 9 a.m. PT. We look forward to having you join us for a wickedly good time!
The Destination D23 website now teases a “spooktacular event happening the evening of August 29th! It’s sure to be a wicked good time!” Why is this a big deal? Disney World exclusively uses the word “Spooktacular” for their beloved “Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular” fireworks show, the highlight of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Given that August 29th, 2025, falls on a Friday – a typical party night – and D23 has previously hosted special nights at Disneyland’s Oogie Boogie Bash, the pieces seem to be falling into place for a similar experience at Walt Disney World.
Keep in mind, this potential Halloween party night might be a separate, extra-ticketed event, with more details likely to emerge after May 1st, the unofficial “Halfway to Halloween,” when Disney Parks typically unleashes a cauldron of spooky announcements.
