“Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Flyer” Takes Flight with Alaska Airlines. Alaska Airlines has unveiled its latest collaboration with Disneyland Resort: the “Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Flyer.” Inspired by Princess Tiana from Walt Disney Animation Studios’ beloved film, “The Princess and the Frog,” this Boeing 737-800 (tail number N596AS) marks a significant milestone as the first Alaska Airlines plane to showcase a Disney Princess.
The plane’s exterior artwork celebrates the latest chapter in the princess and entrepreneur’s story featured in Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, the exhilarating water-based attraction and music-filled journey in the newly renamed Bayou Country at Disneyland Park.
Passengers will be greeted by stunning visuals of Princess Tiana in her adventurous attire, accompanied by Louis the Alligator joyfully splashing amidst the bayou’s water lilies. A whimsical trail of glowing fireflies gracefully flows from the aircraft’s nose to its tail, adding an extra touch of enchantment.
This magnificent livery is the ninth collaborative masterpiece between Alaska Airlines and Disneyland Resort. The intricate design even features Mama Odie and Prince Naveen playfully positioned on the plane’s winglets, adding delightful details for observant travelers.

A Labor of Love: Over 2,000 Hours of Artistic Dedication
Bringing this vision to life was a testament to the dedication and artistry of the skilled painters. It took over 2,000 meticulous hours to hand-paint the vibrant and detailed artwork onto the aircraft’s exterior, ensuring that every brushstroke captured the spirit and charm of Princess Tiana’s world.
