Walt Disney World Popcorn Buckets April 2025 Update – What is and What is Not Available. Coming off two months of new Disney popcorn buckets being released at Magic Kingdom and Epcot, our choices have become less and less available for April 2025. The cute Thumper Spring Popcorn Bucket at Epcot and the Prince Charming Regal Carousel are still missing for a few days now, as is the Pumbaa popcorn bucket, and only one of them may be coming back in stock.
We got to Epcot on Saturday and Magic Kingdom on Sunday and noticed the dwindling stock. But, this may be for a reason at certain Parks. The Salvaged Stormtrooper Helmet had plenty available one day and gone the next. Pumbaa popcorn bucket has been all over Disney’s Animal Kingdom for a year now, and it too just was removed from shelves. Furthermore, the Figment Lightbulb Moment made a return to the popcorn stands at Epcot.
Why were they removed? At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, May the 4th is fast approaching, and while we have not had any official word of them showing up here at Walt Disney World, the new Seasons of the Force popcorn buckets released at Disneyland may show up. Two of the new popcorn buckets, the Death Star and the Tauntaun, were seen on Disney Cruise Line ships even though they were “supposed” to be Disneyland exclusive, so fingers crossed. At the very least, we should see the new recolored Salvaged Stormtrooper Helmet popcorn bucket.
As for Disney’s Animal Kingdom Pumbaa Popcorn Bucket, the park’s 27th anniversary is coming on April 22nd, 2025. Our hope is that a new popcorn bucket will be released, but there is no guarantee. This was available again as of yesterday, April 11th.

Side Note: Disney has released a Retro Popcorn Bucket Ornament Collection that features the Yellow Mickey Balloon Popcorn Bucket, Toy Story Alien, Cinderella’s Carriage, R2-D2, and finally, Main Street Electrical Parade Elliot the Dragon light up popcorn bucket, and is available online and at Walt Disney World shops.

Prince Charming Regal Carousel Popcorn Bucket – $30.00 and we got it at the Popcorn stand in Cinderella Castle Hub Stand. The Carrousel popcorn bucket not only holds popcorn but is also a music box with a spinning carousel and lights up. The Prince Charming Regal Carousel copies the blue & gold marquee, and the tent on top matches the attraction’s top. The bucket has a pink and white strap with carousel horses. Furthermore, on the front is the Sword in the Stone. – Not Available 4/6/2025
The Regular Popcorn Bucket has been redesigned with a new image for 2025. The bucket features Mickey Mouse, Simba, Princess Tiana, and Moana. All four parks are represented with various images like Spaceship Earth, Little Green Aliens from Toy Story, Journey of Water, and Cinderella Castle. $14.25 and can be found at all the popcorn stands at all four Parks and Springs.
Lightbulb Moment Figment Popcorn Bucket, the beloved purple dragon, shines on top of a new lightbulb-shaped popcorn bucket. Perched atop the bucket, Figment holds a paintbrush, ready for inspiration. The bucket, adorned with Figment and EPCOT-inspired designs, will be available at Popcorn Stands around Epcot. We spotted them in World Nature, World Celebration, World Discovery, and the Popcorn Stand in Canada – $28.00
Timon Sipper & Pumbaa Popcorn Bucket are both available now at Disney’s Animal Kingdom drink and popcorn stands. Originally released for the 25th Anniversary of the park, they are still around. Pumbaa Bucket $22. Timon Sipper – $22. You and I both know you can’t buy one without the other. The two sidekicks from Disney’s The Lion King are also celebrating the release of Disney’s Mufasa.
