Easter at Disney World: Is The Grand Cottage Coming Back in 2025? Disney Eats just released the Foodie Guide for Easter 2025 at Walt Disney World, which you can read here, and Disney announced a new Thumper Popcorn Bucket coming to Epcot, plus all the snacks and treats that will be available in Parks and at Resorts. The Chocolate Egg displays are returning in 2025 Disney World to Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, and Disney’s Contemporary Resort on April 1st.
Disney also announced that at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, there will be an Easter Egg Display in the Lobby starting March 18th, 2025. Venture over to the lobby at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to see these creations, expertly designed and hand-made by our talented cast members. What is not mentioned anywhere is the return of The Grand Cottage, which would be a celebration of the fourth year of operations in the lobby of the Grand Floridian.
Updated 3/17/2025 – The answer is yes, The Grand Cottage is returning for 2025. We have seen it being constructed this morning in the lobby of Grand Floridian. We are happy for the return of some Hot Cross Buns, and the breakable chocolate eggs they sell there.
Last year, and in prior years, Disney Parks Blog and Disney Eats announced the return of The Grand Cottage to Grand Floridian for the Easter season at Disney World. This does not mean the Grand Cottage will not return; it is expected to return in 2025, but we have not heard anything about it. Furthermore, with no mention of the Grand Cottage but the mention of the Chocolate Egg display, it makes us wonder what is up. Here is the announcement in the foodie guide from 2024:

Over at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, the Grand Cottage was set up in the main lobby and offered a variety of holiday-focused treats. Much like the Gingerbread House over the winter holiday, the Grand Floridian features a lifelike cottage that serves delicious and festive offerings. While a return of this experience has not been announced, I highly expect this to be back for Easter this year
