Epcot Flower & Garden 2025: Inside Out 2 Emotions Garden. When Inside Out 2 hit the big screen in the summer of 2024, it became one of the biggest blockbuster movies ever released and the best-selling animated movie ever. New characters like Ennui, Embarresment, Envy, and Anxiety joined the cast that already included Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust. During Epcot’s International Flower & Garden Festival 2025, guests can see all those characters in the form of core memory potted plant gardens in World Nature.
While some people can associate their emotions with colors and textures, and they saw themselves reflected on the big screen when Disney Pixar released Inside Out, everyone else can see colors and have an emotional reaction. This is why the new garden works so well. Every guest can find something they relate to. Yesterday, while enjoying the opening day of the Flower & Garden Festival, we felt blue from the rain and weather, but we also felt yellow and joy from being at Epcot and having a great time.
In World Nature, on the Rose Walk, which is the walkway from Imagination! Pavilion to World Showcase (or Vice Versa) the new Garden Inside Out 2 Emotion Garden – Explore the emotions shown in plants at a garden inspired by the animated film Inside Out 2. Unlike the lifelike Disney Topiaries all around Epcot right now, this is simple looking but no less powerful!

- SAD PLANTS: Sadness likes to say hello when you’re feeling Blue. She prefers her flowers indigo And plants that cry “Boo-hool”
- DISGUSTING PLANTS: Disgust is a Green emotion who loves to roll her eyes. When she meets a stinky plant, she’ll turn and shout, “Goodbye!”
- ANGRY PLANTS: Anger’s a Red emotion. Quite likely to explode. His favorite plants are hotheads that burn your’s mouth and nose!
- FEARFUL PLANTS: Fear is filled with worries. He often bites his nails. The plants that scare him most Couldn’t harm a snail!
- JOYOUS PLANTS: Joy’s a bright emotion. The happiest mood for miles. Her favorite plants are sunny and sure to make you smile!
- ANXIOUS PLANTS: Anxiety’s a worrywart, Full of fear and stress. She keeps her flowers safe. But her garden is a mess!
- ENVIOUS PLANTS: Envy loves what others have. She’s a jealous one. She even envies big green plants that soak up all the sun!
- EMBARRASSED PLANTS: Embarassment’s a shy one Soft and pink and plush. When he’s in his garden, even flowers blush!
- ENNUI PLANTS: Ennui’s a bored emotion With apathetic flair. Her plants don’t bother looking up. What’s the point? Who cares.
