We Spotted the Returning “Phineas and Ferb” Topiary Today at Epcot! Hey Ferb, I know what we’re gonna do today! If you started singing, then you had a good childhood watching the Disney Channel. With the television return of the series this summer, it is only fitting that the Phineas & Ferb topiary returned for the first time in years to Epcot for the Flower & Garden Festival 2025.
The Phineas and Ferb topiary is located in the World Celebration. Both characters are welcoming guests into World Celebration who have crossed the bridge from World Showcase. On the corner of CommuniCore Plaza at the Creation shop side. You can get some good images of the two either with Imagination! Pavilion in the background, or with Space Ship Earth as a backdrop.
Previously we have written about where you can find every topiary during Epcot’s International Flower & Garden Festival, and now we know where Phineas and Ferb are located. But that’s not all of the returning topiaries we spotted today at Epcot. Groot has returned, just in a different location. He is still located in World Discovery but now is in the garden directly across from the opening of Connections Eatery on the Creation Shop side.

Furthermore, we got to see a lot of the gardens are now in place. The area surrounding the World Showcase Bridge is almost in full bloom already.
Miguel and Dante have returned to the Mexico Pavilion.
