The Muppets 70th Anniversary Magnet Collection from Disney Parks – Weekly Updates with Rare Muppets. Seventy weeks, that’s right 70 weeks of writing about The Muppets 70th Anniversary Disney Parks Magnet Collection. The Muppets Magnet Disney Parks Collection has made our Muppet hearts happy with magnets of some pretty rare characters that we have never seen or have not seen featured in many years. The Muppet 70th magnets will be released one magnet every 7 days, and each magnet released will be a limited edition. The magnet will only be available for 30 days or until it is no longer in stock.
For 70 weeks in a row, The Muppets are celebrating their 70th Anniversary with a magnet released at Walt Disney World and Disneyland. 46 Muppet character magnets have been released, and the full list of characters is below. The set has been received very well because some characters appear on merchandise for the first time. Characters like Animal, Janice, Rowlf the Dog, and Swedish Chef have been featured on t-shirts, keychains, and, of course, plush for many years; some characters like the Muppet Tomato, Lew Zealand, and Crazy Harry have not received the same love.

Updated 12/12/2025 – We are down to the final two weeks! We know Miss Piggy will be one of them, but what will the final Muppet be? Could we get the Jim Henson Muppet? We have kept up with the collection, as you can see below, and now have all 68! Images and more are in this article. Even with Disney World closing, the easier of the two locations to buy The Muppet 70 Magnets!
Updated 8/21/2025 – Huge The Muppets and Disney Parks news today with the release from Walt Disney Imagineering that The Electric Mayhem will officially be taking over Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster here at Walt Disney World’s Hollywood Studios.
There are some big-time Muppets that have not been released yet, but it is safe to think they are coming in the next 32 weeks. Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Gonzo, Sweetums, and many other superstars are missing. Dr Teeth and Lips should be released soon; we already have four of The Electric Mayhem that have been released. One would think they all will come out since Disney Parks is retheming Rock n’ Roller Coaster to The Muppets, and The Electric Mayhem is featured on the artwork.
Updated 8/20/2025 – Destination D23 is right around the corner here at Walt Disney World, starting Aug 29th. The Muppets Studio Store has announced that a brand new exclusive Muppets 70th Anniversary Collection will be coming to Destination D23, and it will feature the first 35 characters from these magnets!
