Olaf Returns to the Stage in the Holiday Overlay to “For the First Time In Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration”. On November 12th, 2024 Disney’s Hollywood Studios turned into Holidays at Hollywood Studios. Holiday entertainments to enjoy this year include the Jolly Juggling Elves featuring Donald Duck, The Holiday Spirits Band with Max Goof, and Seasonz Jukebox who march down Commissary Lane. Disney Jollywood Nights has also returned. You can also meet and greet Daisy Duck in her holiday outfit. Chip ‘n Dale are around Echo Lake, also in the Echo Lake area is the return of the Holiday overlay For the First Time In Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration.
“Happy, merry, holly jolly, season’s greetings here; I’m wondering what your family does at that time of year” Olaf sings in Disney’s Frozen and Olaf’s Frozen Adventure. Now you can enjoy singing along with Olaf, Anna, Kristoph, and Elsa and help ring in the holidays with the tradition of ringing the Yule Bell, as images of ugly holiday sweaters appear in the background.
Then join the sisters and sing “When We’re Together”, which has become a staple at Walt Disney World. Not just playing at Hollywood Studios, but you can hear it at Disney’s Magic Kingdom during the Frozen Holiday Surprise show at Cinderella’s Castle. Furthermore, the song is featured in Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

I would like to point out something that is not talked about enough, and that is the ASL cast members! We were blown away by the acting and vibe these two brought to the show. ASL is American Sign Language, and Disney has a rotating schedule of when and where they are available during the week at all four Parks. We happen to be very lucky and watch the show at 2:30 on a Sunday with these two. We found ourselves watching them not just do their jobs, but enjoying themselves and making it a pleasure for those who are deaf or hard of hearing. Thank you, ASL Cast Members!
