Tron Lightcycle Run Standby Queue Starts Today at Disney World. Besides specially ticketed events at Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Tron Lightcycle Run has not had a standby queue since the attraction opened on April 4th, 2023. Starting today, September 9th, 2024, that has changed. Now you can ride as many times as you can in one day, if that is what you wish to do.
Now the question for us is, how long will the standby actually be? We have estimated in the past that 45 min to 75 min will be the average, but Disney may know better, and the lines may be shorter. They would not have pulled it off Virtual Queue if they felt like the lines would be overrun with guests and the lines become massive.
Leave the real world behind and join Team Blue in a quest across the Gridโthe dark, computerized world with no horizons fromย TRON. Here, thereโs no limit to the excitement.
A virtual queue is in place for TRON Lightcycle / Run through September 08, 2024. Beginning September 09, 2024, a standby queue will be available. Until then, Guests will need to use the My Disney Experience app to enter this attraction. Each Guest can request to enter this virtual queue no more than once per day during regular park hours. Learn more about the virtual queue for this attraction.
Guests may also purchaseย a Lightning Lane Single Passย for this attraction. Lightning Lane Single Pass purchases are limited in availability, are subject to change or closure, may vary by date, and are not guaranteed.
