Reimagined Test Track V.3 coming to Epcot in 2025. We continue our coverage of D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event today with news of Test Track version 3.0 coming next year to Walt Disney World. From everything we see, it may end up being a nod to the past attraction World of Motion which preceded Test Track. New show scenes, the same track, a nod to vehicle innovators, and new on-board technology are all waiting for us when the attraction reopens.
Buckle Up for the Reimagined Test Track at EPCOT
Guests visiting EPCOT are in for an exciting ride when Test Track presented by Chevrolet opens in 2025. Walt Disney Imagineering is working together with Chevrolet to push innovation forward with this reimagined attraction, celebrating the evolution of mobility over the last 100-plus years while highlighting the past, present, and future. The queue will feature six distinct exhibits celebrating the vehicles and inventors who’ve pushed the envelope to bring us to where we are today.
New show scenes will showcase technological advances and how guests’ relationships to mobility connect them to each other – from onboard technology to customization and personalization. Then, a thrilling trip through a scenic outdoor route will remind guests of the joys of driving, taking in the world around them, and spending quality time with loved ones. The updated attraction exterior will harken back to the original World of Motion pavilion design. Construction on this reimagined experience is already underway.
