WWE is taking over ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World on December 14 and 15, 2026, with the first-ever John Cena Classic on Monday, December 14 and a Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday-themed edition of Worlds Collide on Tuesday, December 15. Two-day combo tickets go on sale Friday, November 13 at 10 a.m. ET on Ticketmaster.

WWE and The Walt Disney Company announced the two-day event on November 3 as an expansion of their partnership, which began in 2025 when the ESPN App became the exclusive U.S. home of WWE Premium Live Events, including WrestleMania 42. The takeover lands just three days before Avengers: Doomsday opens in theaters on December 18, adding to the Doomsday tie-ins we are tracking on our Avengers: Doomsday popcorn buckets page.

The John Cena Classic, Monday, December 14. WWE announced the event on Monday Night Raw in front of a sold-out crowd at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. The first edition pits the biggest names from Raw and SmackDown against the top rising stars from NXT, and members of Club WWE, the company’s new fan membership program, will vote in real time to crown the night’s top Superstar. Fans can sign up to vote at WWE.com/ClubWWE. The event streams live on Netflix as a special edition of Monday Night Raw. It is named for Cena, who retired from in-ring competition after his final match against Gunther in December 2025.

Avengers: Doomsday Worlds Collide, Tuesday, December 15. WWE is producing an Avengers: Doomsday edition of Worlds Collide, featuring Superstars from WWE, NXT and AAA, the Mexican promotion WWE acquired in 2025. The Worlds Collide name returned in June 2025 for WWE’s first crossover event with AAA. WWE has not yet said where this one will stream.

WWE World. Around both events, WWE and Fanatics will run WWE World, a two-day fan event at the complex with exclusive merchandise plus photo and autograph opportunities with WWE Superstars. WWE will also make Avengers: Doomsday co-branded products, including title belts, sold at WWE World, on WWEShop.com and at select Disney retail stores.
