Disney Cruise Line will reveal the full details of Disney Believe, its newest ship, in a livestream on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. ET. Disney says the stream will share the ship’s homeport, itineraries, new venues and entertainment, and fans can watch live on the Disney Parks YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok channels. Disney Believe is the fourth Wish-class ship and is expected to set sail on its maiden voyage in late 2027.
This is the reveal cruise fans have been waiting for since Disney first introduced Disney Believe in March. The ship is built around a theme of promise and possibilities, with stories from Encanto, Frozen, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Moana and The Little Mermaid confirmed so far. It joins sister ships Disney Wish, Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny in the Wish class.
A few details are already out. Moana and her friends will greet guests in the Grand Hall, with a bronze statue of Moana, Pua and Heihei at the center. Woody and Buzz will decorate the stern, and a hand-painted Tinker Bell inspired by the 1953 Peter Pan will sit on the bow. Construction is moving quickly, too. Just last week, the first gigablock floated out of the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany. That midship section holds the Grand Hall, with the forward and aft sections still to come.
What we don’t know yet is almost everything guests actually plan a cruise around. Disney hasn’t named the restaurants, lounges, kids clubs, Broadway-style shows or the homeport, and that’s exactly what the October 7 livestream is set to cover. We’ll be watching the homeport most closely. Where Disney Believe sails from will decide who can drive to it and who needs to fly, and for Central Florida families that answer matters more than any venue name.
