The Unauthorized Hallmark(ish) Parody Musical is bringing its stage spoof of small-town romance, cookie contest conspiracies, and moose-related chaos to Orlando’s Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts on November 25, 2026, with tickets on sale now. The show, which pokes fun at every Hallmark holiday movie trope in one glitter-covered package, will play the Walt Disney Theater for a single 7 p.m. performance before the tour continues to a second Central Florida stop in The Villages four days later.
What Hallmark(ish) Is All About – The musical follows Holly, an overworked big-city executive who heads home to her impossibly quaint hometown to save Christmas, only to get tangled up with an old flame, a corporate merger threatening the town, a rigged cookie contest, and a loose moose. It’s a loving, unauthorized send-up of the genre, built around original pop songs like “Judge That Cookie” and “It Feels Like Christmas (Because It Is Literally Christmas).”

The show comes from director and co-writer Tim Drucker, known for Friends Parody Musical and Trixie & Katya LIVE, with book and lyrics by Tony Award winner Bonnie Milligan of Kimberly Akimbo. Joel Waggoner, who has written music for School of Rock, composed the score, and choreography comes from sister duo Brooke and Tiffany Engen. After a sold-out world premiere run in Toronto, the production is now on a national tour.
When and Where to See It in Orlando – Orlando’s stop is set for Wednesday, November 25, 2026, at 7 p.m. in the Walt Disney Theater at Dr. Phillips Center, located at 445 South Magnolia Avenue in downtown Orlando.

Good Timing for Hallmark Fans – Both Central Florida dates land in the same stretch of the calendar as one of FLN’s most-covered stories of the season. Holiday Ever After, the Hallmark Channel and Disney World crossover movie, premieres November 28, 2026, just one day before the Villages show and three days after the Orlando one. It makes for an unusually Hallmark-heavy week around here, between a real holiday romance premiering on TV and a stage show gently mocking the whole genre a few days later. Worth noting, Hallmark(ish) is an unauthorized parody. It’s not produced by or affiliated with Hallmark Channel or Crown Media, even though it borrows the network’s tropes wholesale for the joke.
If you already watch Hallmark Christmas movies with a running commentary track in your head, this show sounds like it was built for you. The fact that it’s unaffiliated actually works in its favor here.
