Hallmark Channel has premiered a new commercial for Christmas in July that includes the first brief on-screen look at Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True, and even at just 10 seconds, it is everything fans of both Hallmark and Walt Disney World have been waiting to see.
The glimpse is short, but it counts. The commercial shows Main Street, U.S.A. decorated for the holidays with Cinderella Castle glowing in the background, and Lacey Chabert and Travis Van Winkle appear on screen together at Walt Disney World. It is the first time actual footage from the film has been shown publicly, and that combination of two of the most iconic images in Christmas entertainment, Hallmark’s queen of the holiday movie and Magic Kingdom dressed in its holiday best, is the kind of moment that has been building since the partnership was first announced.

The commercial is a preview of what is coming next month. Hallmark’s Christmas in July programming event kicks off June 26 and runs through July 31, and throughout July the network will be airing sneak peeks of the film. For fans who have been following this movie since the beginning, July is going to be appointment viewing.
We first covered this historic collaboration back in December 2025 when Hallmark announced it live from Magic Kingdom during The Hallmark Christmas Experience. Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True is the first-ever original Christmas movie filmed entirely at Walt Disney World Resort. Chabert plays Lindsey, a woman whose picture-perfect family vacation hits a snag when she discovers her hotel neighbor at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is Philip, played by Van Winkle, the man from her most disastrous first date. Their paths keep crossing throughout the parks, the frost slowly thaws, and a wish Lindsey makes at the Cinderella Fountain starts working in ways she did not plan for. The supporting cast includes Christy Carlson Romano, Richard Kind, Bryce Dufee, Taegen Burns, and Asher Alexander, with a cameo from Patrick Renna of The Sandlot.
The official poster arrived in April and showed the two leads framed against Cinderella Castle lit up in holiday fireworks. Seeing that same castle now in actual moving footage, decorated for Christmas on Main Street, U.S.A., brings everything into focus. More looks are coming in July, and each one is going to make the wait for Countdown to Christmas feel a little longer.

Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True premieres during Hallmark Channel’s 17th annual Countdown to Christmas. A specific air date has not yet been announced.
