Fans of Hallmark Channel’s hit time-travel drama The Way Home are getting the ultimate parting gift as the series wraps up its fourth and final season. Cast members Chyler Leigh, Sadie Laflamme-Snow, and Evan Williams officially announced at the ATX TV Festival that an official series soundtrack is on the way, compiling the musical heart of the show across all four seasons.

The Way Home official soundtrack drops June 12, 2026. The series finale airs June 21 on Hallmark Channel. For more coverage of The Way Home and everything on Hallmark Channel, visit our Hallmark Channel guide at Fantasy Land News.
According to a report from Variety, the official playlist features more than 30 tracks encompassing original songs, era-spanning covers, and the sweeping instrumental scores that have defined the emotional landscape of Port Haven.
What’s on the Soundtrack
The soundtrack launches June 12, 2026 on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and all major streaming platforms. The playlist will debut with 30 tracks. Two original songs tied to the final two episodes — airing June 14 and June 21 — will be held back to avoid spoilers and added to streaming immediately after those episodes air.

While the full tracklist remains under wraps until launch, Variety confirmed several key tracks fans can look forward to. The revealed songs include original compositions, nostalgic covers performed by the cast, and fan-favorite instrumental themes:
- “Where This Water Meets the Sea” — original song performed by Sadie Laflamme-Snow (Alice)
- “By the Light of the Moon” — original song performed by Sadie Laflamme-Snow (Alice)
- “Everything I Wanted” — original song (multiple versions will appear on the soundtrack)
- “You Learn” — Alanis Morissette cover performed by Chyler Leigh (Kat)
- “Time After Time” — Cyndi Lauper cover performed by Evan Williams (Elliot)
- “Summer Breeze” — cover performed as a duet by Jordan Doww and Sadie Laflamme-Snow
- “Nick and Alice Theme” — the fan-requested instrumental composed by Keith Power, centered on the couple’s time-traveling romance
The Creative Team Behind the Sound
Crafting a sonic identity that feels authentic across the 1800s, the 1920s, the 1970s, the 1990s, and the present day required a massive collaborative effort. Original songs and scores were written by Maria Taylor, Alan Doyle, and composer Keith Power. The series’ carefully curated musical landscape was steered by music supervisors Jennifer Pyken and Ann Kline.

Our Take
The music of The Way Home has always done heavy lifting — from Alice strumming in the barn to covers that hit differently because of what we know about the characters singing them. An official soundtrack is the right send-off for a show that earned its emotional reputation honestly. The decision to hold back the final two songs until after their episodes air is exactly the kind of respectful restraint the fandom deserves. This one is going on repeat.
