Regal Cinemas has confirmed prices and a May 21 release date for its full Mandalorian and Grogu Popcorn Bucket and merchandise lineup, giving Star Wars fans one day to get ahead of the May 22 wide release of Star Wars: The Mandalorian & Grogu. Regal Exclusive Clan of Two Bust popcorn bucket will be $79.99 as expected, while the AT-AT bucket is $69.99!
The collectible spread is one of the biggest Regal has assembled for a single film, and a display case at select locations is already showing off the goods. - The AT-AT Popcorn bucket costs $69.99 and includes a free large popcorn.
- The Grogu Plush is priced at $32.99.
- The Mandalorian and Grogu Clan of Two Popcorn Bucket is $79.99.
- Collectible Ducks are $3.99 each.
- A Grogu Blanket will also be available for $19.99.
- Regal is also offering a The Mandalorian & Grogu Collectible Combo with Collectible Cup $29.99, or individually with Character Topper for $14.99, and a Tin for $16.99.
For fans who cannot make it to a theater in person, the good news is that Regal has a dedicated online store for Mandalorian and Grogu merchandise. Based on past releases, we expect most of the physical merchandise to make its way there, so if your nearest Regal sells out or you prefer to skip the trip, keep an eye on the store page.
Regal is also adding bonus incentives for specific formats. Seeing the film in 4DX on opening day May 22 gets you a Baby Yoda collectible patch. HDR by Barco screenings on May 22 come with a free headband while supplies last. Seeing the film opening weekend earns 500 extra Regal credits.
Our Take: The $3.99 Collectible Ducks are the sleeper item in this whole lineup. They are cheap enough that people will grab multiples without thinking twice, and that is exactly the kind of impulse collectible that tends to vanish fast. If you are heading to Regal on or after May 21, throw one in alongside whatever else you are getting. The Clan of Two Busts remains the must-have centerpiece, but the full collection is genuinely impressive for a single theatrical release.
