Disney H2O Glow After Hours is officially back at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park this summer, running on 13 select nights from June 2 through September 5, 2026, with tickets on sale now for Disney resort guests and general public tickets available starting April 24.

H2O Glow After Hours is a separate-ticket nighttime event held after Typhoon Lagoon closes to the general public. The park runs from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with event ticket holders able to enter as early as 6:00 p.m. The limited-capacity format keeps wait times short across all the park’s major slides and attractions, including Castaway Creek and Humunga Kowabunga. Special lighting transforms the park after dark, complimentary snacks including Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bars are included with admission, and a DJ Dance Party runs on the beach throughout the evening.
H2O Glow After Hours is the separately ticketed highlight of Cool Kids’ Summer 2026 at Walt Disney World, which runs May 26 through September 8 across all four theme parks, both water parks, and select Disney Resort hotels. Everything else in the summer lineup is included with regular park admission.

New Characters for 2026
This year brings the strongest character lineup H2O Glow has seen. Powerline Max from A Goofy Movie is headlining the night, meeting and greeting guests throughout the evening. Donald Duck and Daisy Duck are joining the DJ Dance Party on the beach, and the Chip ‘n’ Dale Rescue Rangers are making appearances alongside Scrooge McDuck and Launchpad McQuack. Characters rotate throughout the night, which means multiple opportunities to catch meet-and-greets without the usual daytime queue pressure.
The DuckTales-heavy lineup is one of the more unexpected character choices for a water park event and gives families a reason to come even if they attended H2O Glow in prior years. Powerline Max in particular is a rare character meet you will not find during regular park hours at any Walt Disney World theme park.

Tickets, Pricing, and On-Sale Dates
Guests staying at select Disney Resorts Collection hotels, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, and Shades of Green can purchase tickets beginning April 21. General public tickets go on sale April 24. Tickets start at $85 plus tax for adults. Kids ages 3 to 9 receive $20 off that price. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members save 20 percent on ticket purchases. Children under 3 are admitted free.
Disney has added more weekend dates to the 2026 schedule compared to previous summers, making it easier to work the event into a trip without rearranging your whole itinerary around a weeknight. Tickets can be purchased at the official Walt Disney World event page or by calling the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 934-7639.

All Typhoon Lagoon attractions are available during H2O Glow After Hours, with neon lighting and glow decor running throughout the park. Castaway Creek lazy river tubes feature designs based on Stitch and Sully this year. Complimentary snacks including Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bars are included in the ticket price, and Disney has confirmed additional food details will be released closer to the summer season.
H2O Glow is one of the better after-hours values on the Walt Disney World calendar. A dramatically smaller crowd, free snacks, rare character access, and a park that looks genuinely different after dark make the price feel reasonable against what a standard summer day at Typhoon Lagoon costs. If you are planning a summer trip and want a late-night water park experience that actually delivers, this is worth planning around.
