On Josh D’Amaro’s first day as The Walt Disney Company’s new CEO, Disney came out swinging with announcements across the entire company. One of the biggest: Disney Cruise Line has officially revealed its next ship, the Disney Believe, the fourth vessel in the groundbreaking Wish class.
What Is the Disney Believe? The Disney Believe joins three sister ships already in the Wish class: the enchantment-themed Disney Wish, the adventure-themed Disney Treasure, and the heroes and villains-themed Disney Destiny. Every ship in the class surrounds families with stories from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars from the moment they step on board.
What sets each Wish class ship apart is its own unique design theme. The Disney Believe’s theme is promise and possibilities. Every venue, experience, and piece of decor on board will be built around that idea.
What Stories Will Be on the Disney Believe? Disney is centering the ship around characters who believe in themselves and their dreams. The worlds that will come to life on board include Encanto, Frozen, Snow White, Moana, and The Little Mermaid. Disney says more stories are waiting to be discovered and new chapters are ready to unfold on board, though full venue and entertainment details have not been announced yet.
When Does the Disney Believe Debut? The Disney Believe is expected to debut in late 2027. Disney has not released a specific launch date yet, but says more details are coming in the months ahead.
You do not have to wait for the Disney Believe to sail. Disney Cruise Line has a growing fleet and a wide range of itineraries available right now. Visit our Travel Partner MEI-Travel / Mousefan Travel.
