Hope Valley 1874 Set To Premiere This Saturday Exclusively On Hallmark+. While most movies and shows start on Hallmark Channel, ‘Hope Valley 1874’ is going to be exclusively on Hallmark+ to start. There is no official word on when the series will make the move to Hallmark Channel.
‘Hope Valley 1874‘ is a prequel to long-running ‘When Calls The Heart.’ The new series will star Bethany Joy Lenz, Benjamin Ayres, Jill Hennessey, Chelsea Hobbs, and Lachlan Quarmby.


Fans know Bethany Joy Lenz from classic Hallmark movies like ‘A Biltmore Christmas,’ ‘An Unexpected Christmas, ‘Five Star Christmas,’ ‘Bottled with Love,’ ‘Just My Type,’ and more. Benjamin Ayres has starred in such hits as ‘Falling for Vermont,’ ‘Miracle in Bethlehem, PA’, ‘The Santa Class’, ‘Long Lost Christmas’, and more. Lachlan Quarmby recently starred in the series, ‘Providence Falls.’
From Hallmark Channel, in 1874, Rebecca Clarke travels with her 11-year-old daughter to the Canadian frontier in search of a new life. When she realizes the boardinghouse she purchased is not as advertised, she has no choice but to accept help from local rancher Tom Moore.
