New Topps Disneyland 70th Card Collection Includes a Golden Ticket for a Free Trip to the Park. Topps is putting out a big set of trading cards to celebrate 70 years of Disneyland. They go on sale February 3 at noon ET. It’s a pretty massive collection that covers everything from the early sketches of the park to the snacks people wait in line for today.
The set will include Topps Disneyland 70th Attraction Autographs, A Pirate’s Life Chrome, and some lucky collector will even find The Golden Ticket for a Disneyland vacation to celebrate the 70th!
A Walk Through History: The Base Set
The core of the collection is built around nostalgia and evolution. Topps has organized the base set into several distinct thematic subsets:
- Then & Now: These cards showcase the dramatic evolution of the park’s most iconic locations, placing vintage photography alongside modern-day views.
- Concept Art: For the first time in a major trading card format, collectors can see the early sketches and “Imagineering” blueprints that preceded the park’s opening.
- Timeline: A chronological journey through the milestone events that shaped Disneyland’s 70-year legacy.
- Snack Time: In a playful nod to park culture, this subset spotlights the legendary treats—from Dole Whips to Churros—that have become as famous as the rides themselves.

“Hits” and Chase Cards Disneyland 70th Topps
The 70th Anniversary set is leaning heavily into the “treasure hunt” aspect of the hobby. The most sought-after cards in the product include:
- Attraction Autographs: Topps has secured authentic signatures from the legends behind the magic. Confirmed signers include Tim Allen (the voice of Buzz Lightyear) and Disney Legend Margaret Kerry (the original reference model for Tinker Bell).
- A Pirate’s Life Chrome: Utilizing Topps’ signature Chrome technology, this insert set features high-gloss, metallic cards dedicated exclusively to the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction and its iconic murals.
- Posters & Parades: Subsets like “From Silver Screen to Main Street” highlight the park’s famous parades, while a “Posters” set recreates the classic attraction advertisements found at the park’s entrance.
- The Golden Ticket: Perhaps the most “magical” inclusion is the chance to find a grand prize card: a trip to Disneyland to celebrate the anniversary in person.

Rarity and Parallels
As is tradition with premium Topps releases, the set will feature a “rainbow” of foil parallels. These limited-edition versions of base cards will be serial-numbered, ranging from /199 all the way down to the ultra-rare 1-of-1 Superfractor.

How to Buy
While full hobby box configurations and pack prices are still being finalized, the initial wave will be available via Topps.com starting February 3. Given the cross-generational appeal of Disneyland and the current boom in the non-sport trading card market, industry experts expect a rapid sell-out.
