PokéPark Kanto Debuts Exclusive Snorlax Popcorn Bucket Ahead of Grand Opening. PokéPark KANTO is the first-ever permanent Pokémon outdoor facility. Here, Pokémon Trainers can embark on the unforgettable adventure as they explore a forest and town filled with more than 600 Pokémon! When PokéPark Kanto opens on February 5th, 2026, a new, highly detailed Pokémon collectible will be available, featuring the fan-favorite Sleep Pokémon, Snorlax, and the only way to awaken Snorlax, the PokéFlute! Snorlax Popcorn Bucket costs ¥4,800, which is around US $31.17.
- Sculpted Lid: The highlight of the piece is a 3D figure of Snorlax napping on a grassy mound, complete with tiny white flowers. Snorlax is depicted in its classic pose—mouth open in a yawn or a snore.
- Artistic Decals: The bucket’s translucent yellow body features a wraparound illustration of Snorlax blocking a path, a nostalgic nod to the original video games.
- Themed Accessories: It comes equipped with an orange adjustable carrying strap decorated with Poké Ball and Snorlax silhouettes.
- Interactive Element: Included with the bucket is a miniature Poké Flute, the essential item in the games for waking a sleeping Snorlax, doubling as a decorative charm or whistle.
PokePark JP official X account has posted: “At Kabigon Popcorn, we’re selling two flavors: barbecue-style and milk caramel-style! There are also sets that come with the popcorn box!”
Fans in the US will have to wait a few days for information on how to get this! We will be here to guide you through it when we know. Follow along with all the latest Popcorn Bucket news!
There is also a simpler popcorn box available.
Previous Pokémon popcorn buckets, such as those featuring Pikachu or Squirtle, have become high-value items on the secondary market due to their limited availability and high production quality.
Located within the lush greenery of Yomiuriland, PokéPark KANTO is the first-ever permanent outdoor Pokémon facility. The park is divided into two distinct zones:
- Pokémon Forest: A nature-rich trail where Trainers can observe over 600 Pokémon in their natural habitats.
- Sedge Town: A bustling hub featuring the Pokémon Center, Sedge Gym, and unique dining experiences.
The park is doing media previews today, so stay tuned for more information coming from Japan!
