Battle for Dream Island (BFDI) Teases January 1st, 2026 with Return of The Announcer! JacknJellify, the creators of Battle for Dream Island, BFDI, have made a mysterious post today, Christmas Day 2025, with the return of Speaker Box, aka The Announcer, on January 1st, 2026! Resembles a um… speaker box that a PA announcer would use.
This could be an announcement and release of a new episode, or it could be just the return and announcement of future episodes coming. It could also be the announcement of when tickets will go on sale for a BFDI: The Power of Two (TPOT) episode 21, being shown in theaters across the country.
The Announcer is the host of Season 1 of BFDI and the one who originally set up the game, offering the Island to the contestants. He has not been seen since the end of Season 1 of the original Battle for Dream Island. Which ties directly into the significance of the date! January 1st has always held importance for fans of BFDI, BFDIA, BFB, and BFDI: TPOT.

January 1st, 2010, the original BFDI premiered, and the first season ended January 1st, 2012, which was the last time we saw The Announcer. He has since been teased, and the last tease was during BFDI: TPOT 18.
