Hosted by Executive Chef Ben Dodaro and Aplós Liquid Creative Director Lynnette Marrero, this alcohol-free dinner pairing features grilled shrimp, house-made pasta, and citrus semifreddo, along with botanical Aplós bases expertly mixed with house-made syrups, one-of-a-kind tinctures, and other premium ingredients.
