Treasure Planet came out back in 2002. It’s Disney’s take on the classic ‘Treasure Island’ story, but they set it in space. Instead of a galleon on the ocean, Jim Hawkins is a cabin boy on a solar-powered spaceship, searching for a legendary space pirate’s treasure. It’s got that cool mix of old-school sailing ships and futuristic planets and aliens.
