Happy holidays! It’s that time of year again. If you’re wondering where to find Olaf during this year’s Olaf’s Holiday Tradition Expedition and don’t want to get stuck wandering in the cold, we have the answers. We went around World Showcase and CommuniCore Hall to track down every single tradition Olaf has hidden. We have exact locations, plus what sticker goes to what World Showcase Pavilion around Epcot. $11.99 per map, or $9.59 with a discount like Disney Annual Passholders Discount.
Olaf is back with his scavenger hunt. The goal is simple: go on a quest to find holiday traditions that Olaf has gathered and lost along the way. You can grab a map at select merchandise locations. Once you’re done, you turn it in for a gift worth melting for.
A quick note on the prize: Whether you finish the hunt or not, you can redeem your map for a keepsake. Redemption is valid through 12/30/25 or while supplies last. This year, when you buy a map, $11.99 plus tax (with discounts for Annual Passholders), you can pick one of three plates. The set features Anna, Elsa, Sven, and Olaf, plus you get a bonus stencil of Spaceship Earth. You can purchase up to five maps at a time. Furthermore, you can turn in the map for redemption at time of purchase and recieve your plate.

Ready to start looking? Here is how it works:
- Buy Your Map: You can find them at Creations Shop, World Traveler, and festival merchandise kiosks. $11.99 plus tax
- Hunt for Olaf: Look for Olaf statues hidden in each pavilion. He will be holding a specific item. Match the sticker to the location on your map.
- Claim Your Prize: Once you have found them (or if you just want the prize now), take your map to a redemption location like Creations Shop or Disney Traders.

Below is the breakdown of where you can find Olaf around the World Showcase for the 2025 season. We’ll start at CommuniCore Hall and move around the world.
- CommuniCore Hall: Kinara (Candles) Olaf is celebrating Kwanzaa here. You can find him on the corner of the building, on the outside facing towards CommuniCore Plaza.
- Canada: Gingerbread. You have to go up the ramp to the upper level to spot him. He is actually near the waterfall nearest to the ramp leading to the shops
- United Kingdom: Holiday Crackers. He is sitting on a windowsill near the gardens. Head into the Gardens and then turn around to face the entrance to Lords and Ladies.
- France: Yule Log Olaf is tucked up in a corner near the entrance to the Beauty and the Beast sing-along. If you are looking at the show entrance, look to the right side on the balcony of Les Vins de France.
- L’Chaim! Holiday Kitchen: Dreidel.s This one is pretty easy. He is sitting right on the corner of the actual food booth.
- Morocco: Olives Tucked into the top criteria near the sign to Oasis Swears & Sips on the World Showcase Lagoon side.
- Japan: Kagami Mochi is located east enough, Olaf is on the top balcony corner, and the entrance to the Japan Pavilion is above the Mitsukoshi Shop.
- American Adventure: Carol find the giant Christmas Tree. Olaf is on the balcony of the America Holiday Tradition food booth.
- Italy: Panettone. He is on the corner of Galateria Tuscana.
- Germany: Candy Cane, Olaf is hanging out with the Teddy Bears. Walk toward the center of the pavilion and look for the store named Der Teddybar. He is right above the sign.
- China: Festive Lanterns. Olaf is in the Gardens. Look at the main building and head right into the garden. He is ticked halfway to the back!
- Norway: Straw Decorations Olaf is right at home here. He has pulled a sled onto the roof above Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe.
- Mexico: Poinsettias Head to the entrance of La Cantina de San Angel (the quick service spot outside) and look up. Olaf is near the windows of the building with the large Christmas wreath.
