New Zootopia Show at Disney’s Animal Kingdom will Feature Clawhauser Animatronic. Officer Clawhauser Animatronic is coming to Disney’s Animal Kingdom as part of the new Zootopia ‘Better Zoogether’ Disney Parks announced this morning. This was part of a larger announcement about Animatronics around Walt Disney World and the new or upgraded experiences guests will see across the Parks in 2026.
Scooter is coming to the new Rock n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets, plus Anna, Elsa, and Kristoph animatronics on Frozen Ever After are getting a major upgrade.
“Zootopia: Better Zoogether!“ will debut at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park on November 7. The experience opens in the Tree of Life Theater. The show is a “4D” presentation centered on Zoogether Day, a citywide Zootopia celebration. The event features performances from the city’s diverse biomes.
The Tree of Life Theater will host a watch party for the celebration. Heidi Howler, a wolf host, will present the event via livestream. Audience members will use “Carrot Vision” glasses during the watch party. This technology will allow characters from Zootopia and Zootopia 2 to appear to “jump” off the screen.
The show will also feature an all-new Audio-Animatronics figure of Benjamin Clawhauser, the ZPD officer. Clawhauser will appear live in the theater. For the Zoogether Day watch party, Clawhauser has a new look. He will wear glow necklaces, bracelets, and a glittery Gazelle tee shirt instead of his police uniform.
Clawhauser’s goal is to be selected as the V.I.Z. (Very Important Zootopian), which grants special access to the performers. When he is not chosen, he takes action himself.
