HHN 2025 Tribute Store NOT Opening to Guests Today – “Website is Wrong”. This Morning, August 26th, 2025, the Halloween Horror Nights 2025 Tribute Store was supposed to open according to the official Universal Press Release.
Instead, guests were told that “The website is wrong and the HHN 2025 Tribute Store will not be open to guests today, Aug 26th.” The Team Member went on to say, “All guests are encouraged to come back tomorrow (Aug 27th), when the Halloween Horror Nights Tribute Store will be open at 9:00 AM.”
Tonight is Team Member Previews for Halloween Horror Nights 2025, and we expect that they will be able to enjoy this year’s Tribute Store.
We were in line at 9:15 AM this morning when the Team Member popped her head out the front door of Sahara Traders and told guests waiting in line.
In past years, the tribute store would open at 11:00 AM for AP

Beginning Aug. 26 at Universal Orlando Resort, guests can step inside the remains of the abandoned Museum of Antiquities in this year’s all-new Halloween Horror Nights Tribute Store, which will take over the Sahara Traders store and the arcade in the New York area of Universal Studios Florida. Guests will enter the highly themed retail space through the main atrium of the museum and venture into the decrepit exhibit halls where an ancient evil was once unleashed…. and may still be lurking in the shadows…while shopping for the latest Halloween Horror Nights merchandise.
