Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic Reveals 2025 Menus with Nearly All-New Dishes. The 16th annual Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic is set to return with a new culinary lineup. This year’s event, taking place on Friday, Nov. 14, and Saturday, Nov. 15, will feature over 45 unique dishes, many of which are making their debut. By far the best Food & Wine menu of the year!
Guests can expect a dynamic, street-party atmosphere along the scenic causeway with live entertainment and more than 170 beverage selections. The festival will also introduce dishes from Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina, a new restaurant that opened at the hotel complex in July. It joins returning favorites like Todd English’s bluezoo, Il Mulino, Amare, and Rosa Mexicano. Popular themed areas such as Beer Garden, For the Love of Florida, Chinatown, and The Bubble Lounge will also be back.
Menu Highlights
With nearly every dish being new for 2025, the culinary team is showcasing its creativity with a variety of global flavors. Some highlights from the menu include:
- Galbi Jang Gulf Shrimp (For the Love of Florida): Shrimp with Korean barbecue glaze and crispy zucchini chips. (Friday & Saturday)
- Elote Corn Ribs (Rosa Mexicano): Fried corn ribs tossed in a spicy queso fresco mix with epazote aioli. (Friday & Saturday)
- Blue Crab Stir-Fried Rice (Todd English’s bluezoo): Stir-fry with blue crab, Florida Gulf shrimp, and tempura shiitake mushrooms. (Friday & Saturday)
- Ricotta Cappelletti (Il Mulino): Hand-crafted pasta with a slow-cooked Angus beef ragu and crispy pancetta breadcrumbs. (Friday)
- Sabich (Amare): Fried eggplant with Israeli salad, tahini garlic sauce, and a mini pita. (Friday)
- Pork Belly Bao (Cabana Bar and Beach Club): Slow-cooked pork belly with hoisin glaze and crushed corn nuts. (Saturday)
- Smoked Wagyu Beef Cheek (Smokin’ D’s BBQ): Wagyu beef cheek with brûléed pearl onion “rings” and a nearly-burnt miso and ginger barbecue sauce. (Saturday)
A few fan-favorite dishes will be returning, including the popular Chips and Salsa Bar from Rosa Mexicano and the Shu Mein from Chinatown.
