Walt Disney Swan & Dolphin Debuts Newly Renovated Guest Rooms. The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin has completed the renovation of all 756 guest rooms and suites in the Swan Hotel, unveiling a sleek, modern space designed to allow guests to leave the everyday behind and enter a world of wonder.
The space exudes a fresh, warm, and inviting ambiance featuring white-oak luxury tile flooring complemented by a rich-hand tufted rug, bringing warmth, while crisp white walls accented by a tranquil blue feature wall instill a sense of calm. A bed featuring a wooden headboard with white upholstery and an elevated wooden base offers both form and function with a sophisticated look and generous storage for luggage.
The soft blue upholstery of the sleeper sofa and orange leatherette desk chair bring bold contrast and vibrant energy to the room. The new lighting casts a gentle, relaxing glow.
The experience is completed with new, nautical artwork inviting guests to escape and unwind after an exciting day at the theme parks, meetings, or hotel activities. These enhancements are part of a broader $275 million renovation and expansion project, which also includes upgrades to the meeting spaces at both the Swan and Dolphin, as well as a 120,000-square-foot expansion of the Dolphin’s event space.
“Our guests are going to fall in love with these newly upgraded rooms,” said Area General Manager Sean Verney. “Our goal is always to exceed expectations, and with these enhancements, every stay will offer an extra touch of comfort and escape.”
In 2021, the complex introduced the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, offering 349 luxury guest rooms, which include 151 suites, as a sister hotel to the Swan and Dolphin. Guests staying at any of the three properties receive special benefits including complimentary transportation to select locations within the Walt Disney World Resort, early entry to all four theme parks daily, extended evening theme park hours on select nights in select theme parks and early access to purchase Lightning Lane passes, allowing guests to skip the line on select attractions and experiences.
