Disney Springs Events: “Sip, Savor, Stroll” Returns on March 13th, 2025. The popular “Sip, Savor & Stroll” culinary event is set to return to Disney Springs on March 13, 2025, offering a delightful progressive dining experience. This exclusive tour will guide guests through curated food and drink pairings at three prominent venues: Enzo’s Hideaway, Maria & Enzo’s, and The Edison.

Participants will embark on a flavorful journey, moving from speakeasy-inspired appetizers to Sicilian delicacies and concluding with a Roaring ’20s-style finale. This 21-and-over event promises an evening of expertly crafted cocktails and delectable bites, showcasing the culinary artistry of the Patina Restaurant Group.

“Sip, Savor & Stroll” returns to Disney Springs next month on March 13. Guests will enjoy curated food and drink pairings as a host leads them through The EdisonEnzo’s Hideaway, and Maria & Enzo’s, with various available time slots between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Start at Enzo’s Hideaway for a speakeasy-style bite and beverage, next head to Maria and Enzo’s for Sicilian pairing, and then end the evening with a toast to a Roaring ’20s with a bite and sip at The Edison. Tickets are $85.00 and can be purchased HERE. Ages 21 and older only.

First Stop: Enzo’s Hideaway

  • Sip: Hibiscus Sangria – Lakeridge cabernet sauvignon, Florida orange liqueur, hibiscus, apricot brandy, orange, cinnamon
  • Savor: Crudo di Tonno – bluefin tuna crudo, panelle di ceci, citrus, parsley, pistachio, tangerine extra virgin olive oil

Second Stop: Maria and Enzo’s 

  • Sip: Mango Basil Chiller – Bacardí rum, Chinola mango, basil-infused agave nectar, lime juice, Tajín
  • Savor: Bruschetta alla Calabrese – grilled house focaccia, marinated shrimp, ‘nduja, salsa verde, petite basil

Third Stop: The Edison 

  • Sip: Cherry Cordial – Cazcabel blanco tequila, crème de cacao, cherry, cream (dairy-free available)
  • Savor:Black Forest Cake – dark chocolate cake, vanilla cream, kirsch-infused cherries, shaved dark chocolate
