Sebastian's Bistro Closing in March for Refurbishment at Disney World

Sebastian’s Bistro Closing in March for Refurbishment at Disney World. We can add another refurbishment to the list. This time, it is happening at Sebastian’s Bistro at the Caribbean Beach Resort. This tucked-away restaurant has been at the top of our list for a great meal, with an amazing view of Epcot’s fireworks for many years. At only $39.99 for adults, Sebastian’s could be the best meal for the price at Walt Disney World. The refurbishment will be quick, it is not scheduled to be down very long.

Sebastian’s Bistro joins a growing list of refurbishments.

Beginning March 24, 2025, Sebastian’s Bistro will be closed for refurbishment and is expected to reopen at the end of March. Guests may see and hear construction in the area until work is completed. While the restaurant is closed, we invite you to enjoy the many other dining options at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.

Sebastian’s Bistro – Transport your taste buds to “island time” with delightful family-style dishes infused with rich Latin and Caribbean flavors.

This delectable dish lets you savor a selection of favorite recipes, including Oven-Roasted Citrus Chicken, Slow-Cooked Mojo Pork, Grilled Chili-Rubbed Bee,f and Sustainable Baked Fish, accompanied by Cilantro Rice and Beans, Candied Plantains and Roasted Seasonal Vegetables.

But save some room for dessert. You’ll want to treat your taste buds to the exquisite ‘fan favorite’ Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding, served with Caramel Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream.

The restaurant’s location provides an additional perk. If you’re coming to or from EPCOT or Disney’s Hollywood Studios, enjoy a fun ride on the nearby aerial gondolas of the Disney Skyliner!
