The Magic of Art is Coming to Epcot: Festival 2025 is Almost Here! Walking around Epcot today was a nice reminder of how good the changes have been since World Celebration and CommuniCore Hall opened. Disney has moved around some of the things about the Festival of the Arts that in past years were our biggest pet peeves.

The front entrance marquee is up, along with the logo at the end of the World Showcase bridge leading into the World Showcase. It has been almost a year since we got to see the rainbows and painting supplies!

This year, instead of performing in front of the World Showcase Lagoon, Artists and performers will be located in the CommuniCore Plaza section. We have to think that the artist’s booths will also be located in the Plaza. As we saw today there are tents located around the whole section of the Park. Furthermore, there are new tents with seating around the perimeter of CommuniCore Plaza. We do know Opening Bites, a new food booth will be in one of these sections. This helps the traffic flow around the World Showcase. Opening up the walkways and making it feel less congested.
Staying in the CommuniCore area, the Hall will feature Once Upon A Stage 30 Years of Disney on Broadway. The two entrances are now covered in a new purple logo. The installation was just removed from the Museum of Broadway in NYC and is heading down to Walt Disney World for installation if it isn’t already here.
On World Showcase Bridge will be the Kids Chalk Art: Kids create your very own chalk-art masterpiece! This experience is offered at the bridge to World Showcase Plaza from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.
Also, Chalk Art Galleries artists have started creating their masterpieces: Watch chalk artists at work—taking inspiration from great art and the world around them. Chalk art galleries are located along the bridge to World Showcase Plaza. Check the My Disney Experience app for showtimes. This is an ever-changing event, and if it rains, you will only see them last for so long.
