Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar returns to Disney Springs from November 10, 2026 through January 11, 2027, when Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at The Landing gets its yearly holiday makeover. This year’s menu adds a new Hot Chocolate Around the Globe Flight and several new holiday bites, and the Boughs of Holly Deviled Eggs are coming back.
The overlay is part of the holiday season at Disney Springs, which we covered last year in our 2025 Disney Springs holidays guide. Like last year, expect the bar to swap its “Hangar” sign for a tinsel “Holiday” and fill the ceiling with garland, ornaments and vintage Santa decorations.
New on the menu this year:
- Holiday Freight Rolls: Pork, beef and sweet potato egg rolls with sweet-and-sour cranberry sauce
- North Pole Catch: Smoked trout dip, lavash chips, smoked salmon pinwheels and fish and shrimp cakes
- Oh Christmas Brie: Fried Danish brie with lingonberry marmalade and candied black pepper bacon
- Present Perfect Croquettes: Fried turkey croquettes with a cherry-orange brandy glaze
- Tinsel and Tender Bites: Cabernet-braised short ribs with spiced macadamia nuts and cauliflower purée
- Hot Chocolate Around the Globe Flight: Three spiked Joffrey’s hot cocoas, including one with Don Julio Reposado and Ancho Reyes, one with Frangelico and Chambord, and one with Malibu and Baileys
- New cocktails: Cranberry Apple Compass Mule, Frosted Passage Martini and Holiday Cranberry Negroni
- Hangar Holly Jolly: A non-alcoholic sip with apple juice, kiwi syrup, lime and ginger ale
A Wreath of Wellington and the Boughs of Holly Deviled Eggs, topped with fried chicken, cranberry and parsley over a sweet potato filling, are both returning from last year. Drinks with alcohol are for guests 21 and older, and Disney says all items are subject to change.
We went last year and really enjoyed the experience. The deviled eggs are always delicious, and last year’s hot cocoa flight was perfect for sitting on the back deck at sunset, watching all the lights of Disney Springs come on as the sun goes down. This year’s flight is brand new, and we cannot wait to take it back out to that deck.
