Mickey’s of Glendale is returning to D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event in 2026, and Disney has now revealed the first two collections in what’s shaping up to be a full series of Imagineering-inspired merchandise drops ahead of the show. Named after its original home in Glendale, California, Mickey’s of Glendale is the Walt Disney Imagineering campus store, known for exclusive assortments made for Imagineers, by Imagineers, and D23 is one of the only places outside that campus where fans can shop it. Kicking off the reveals is the Walt Disney Imagineering Color Block Collection, featuring clothing, pins, and accessories built around current trends and iconic Imagineering brand colors. Product Designer Brenner said the line is meant for people who notice every detail, with quality and fit driving the development process throughout. Product Designer Isabella pointed to the Mini Canvas Tote Bag with an embroidered WDI logo as a personal favorite, calling it a great everyday piece for fans who want a bit of WDI magic to take home.
Also returning by popular demand is the Sorcerer Mickey Big Face Canvas Bag, a fan favorite from past D23 events. Disney says the Color Block Collection is just the first in a series of Mickey’s of Glendale reveals, with more collections and details coming in the weeks ahead.
Disney followed up on July 6, 2026, with the second reveal in the series, a Duffy & Friends Collection built for anyone attending D23 with friends or family who wants matching merchandise, or who just wants to show off their love for the Duffy line. The collection draws from Duffy, ShellieMay, Gelatoni, StellaLou, CookieAnn, ‘Olu Mel, and LinaBell, spreading each character’s personality across a whimsical mix of apparel and accessories, including Mini Big Face Tote Bags, crew neck sweatshirts, baseball caps, and character-specific necklaces.
The collection leans into a light pastel color palette with soft, textured fabrics for a cozy feel, and each piece carries character-inspired artwork alongside small signature details, like a cupcake for CookieAnn and painting tools for Gelatoni. The sleeves are even embroidered with character-themed questions, such as “Where will you and Duffy journey next?” and “What will you sing with ‘Olu Mel?” The Mini Big Face Totes come with loops built specifically for bag charms, a detail collectors who like to decorate their bags will appreciate.
