Disney has released the official food and drink guide for The Mandalorian and Grogu at Disney Parks, and the menus at Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort are loaded with new items worth planning around. From a Puffer Pig Pasta at Hollywood Studios to a Beskar Ingot chocolate pop at Disney Springs, the culinary rollout for this film is one of the most detailed Star Wars food events the parks have put together. New menu items are available starting May 21 at Disneyland Resort and May 22 at Walt Disney World, timed to the film’s theatrical opening. For the full collectibles picture, including the BDX Droid Bucket and Jetpack Sipper locations at both parks, that coverage is already live here at Fantasy Land News.

Walt Disney World Resort

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo is leading the charge at Walt Disney World with one new menu addition arriving May 22 with mobile order available. The Sweet-and-Spicy Puffer Pig Pasta is new: flat noodles with pork belly, bok choy, sweet-and-spicy soy sauce, and a hard boiled egg.

Kat Saka’s Kettle is also getting a new item starting May 22. The Grogu Cookies are a white chocolate-dipped macaron cookie with pineapple cream.

Oga’s Cantina has three drinks joining the menu on May 22. Oga’s Obsession is a non-alcoholic option built from Minute Maid Premium Lemonade with cotton candy flavor, blueberry fruit juice-filled pearls, a bursting dried fruit mixture, and gummy candy frogs. The Rodian Ration goes the alcoholic route with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, DeKuyper Pucker Sour Apple Schnapps Liqueur, green apple, and Sprite, finished with fruit juice-filled pearls and gummy candy frogs. The Spotchka features Hendrick’s Gin, honey syrup, Lillet Blanc Aperitif, lemon juice, and Bols Blue Curacao Liqueur, served in a jet chill glass.

Disney Springs

The Ganachery has one new item landing May 22: the Beskar Ingot Pop, which is dragon fruit ganache covered in 65 percent dark chocolate. If you want something to grab on the way in or out of the parks, this one is worth the stop.

Disneyland Resort

Disneyland Park

Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo at Disneyland is getting the heaviest menu update of any location, with new items available starting May 21 via mobile order. The Bounty Bun with Spiced Beef and Pork arrives with tomato chutney, golden aioli, and sauteed blue onions. The Adelphi Cheesy Noodles with Fried Chicken Tip-Yip comes with pancetta, toasted herb breadcrumbs, and sweet and spicy chili sauce. Younger guests get the Youngling Cheesy Noodles with Fried Chicken Tip-Yip as a kids meal, served with a small lowfat milk or DASANI Water. The Grogu Cookies return here as well: white chocolate-dipped macaron cookies filled with pineapple cream.

Rounding out the Docking Bay 7 Disneyland menu are two returning options worth knowing about. The Surabat Valley Greens Chicken Salad features marinated roasted chicken breast, quinoa-veggie mix, mini peppers, olives, and cilantro dressing. The plant-based version, the Surabat Valley Greens Salad, swaps the chicken but keeps the rest. Also still available: the Fried Chicken Baos with sweet chili sauce, scallion salad, and cucumber coins, plus the Youngling Garden Patty Bun kids meal with IMPOSSIBLE beef, broccolini, and house sauce, which is also plant-based.

Kat Saka’s Kettle at Disneyland is offering the Outpost Popcorn Mix starting May 21: a sweet and spicy flavor blend for the bucket you are hopefully already carrying.

Our Take

The Walt Disney World menu is tighter than Disneyland’s this time around, but Oga’s Cantina picking up three new drinks for the film is a smart move. Those Cantina reservations are going to feel very worth it during opening weekend. On the Disneyland side, the Docking Bay 7 lineup is genuinely strong, and the Bounty Bun is the item we would go after first. If you are visiting either park for the film’s opening, build your food stops around mobile order wherever it is available. These items will move fast on May 21 and 22. For everything else dropping alongside the film, including the full Disney Parks popcorn bucket and novelty lineup, we have you covered. Join the Realm at fantasylandnews.com/the-realm.
