Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando is offering four separate Mother’s Day dining experiences on Sunday, May 10, covering everything from a gourmet buffet at the Hard Rock Hotel to a Caribbean-influenced prix fixe dinner at Sapphire Falls, with options for both early brunchers and late diners.

The Kitchen at Hard Rock Hotel opens first, running from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a gourmet buffet that includes carving stations with prime rib and spiral ham, a made-to-order pasta station, a smoked salmon display, and a wide dessert selection. Islands Dining Room at Loews Royal Pacific Resort runs 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a Pan-Asian influenced buffet that mixes brunch classics with a sushi station, iced raw bar, Asian charcuterie, omelet and waffle station, smoked beef brisket, buttermilk fried chicken, a wok station, and desserts. Amatista Cookhouse at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort runs from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. and takes a different approach entirely with a Caribbean-influenced prix fixe menu at $65 per person. Starters include soup, salad, or garlic lime shrimp. Entree choices are surf and turf with New York strip and pan-seared shrimp, mojo-marinated chicken, or coconut aji amarillo salmon. Trattoria del Porto at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel is the most approachable price point of the four, with extended breakfast buffet hours from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. covering scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, French toast, pork sausage, smoked salmon, and assorted pastries.
