Disney has revealed the first track on the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets setlist, and it is Song 2 by Blur, covered by the Electric Mayhem. The iconic 1997 alternative rock anthem, known to most people as the “Woo-hoo!” song, will be one of the tracks guests hear as they blast through the rethemed attraction when it opens at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in summer 2026. A full setlist announcement is coming on April 16.

Song 2 by Blur, as Performed by the Electric Mayhem
The choice of Song 2 is a genuinely inspired one. Few songs in rock history carry the same instant-recognition energy as that opening riff and the “Woo-hoo!” that follows it, and the Electric Mayhem covering it for a high-speed limousine ride through a Muppet-infested Hollywood is exactly the kind of creative swing that makes this retheme worth paying attention to. Disney confirmed Song 2 is one of multiple tracks that will play throughout the ride experience, with more songs to be revealed leading up to the April 16 full setlist announcement.
The Story Inside the Attraction
The rethemed ride places guests inside G-Force Records, a legendary Hollywood recording studio now under new Muppet management thanks to Scooter’s uncle J.P. Grosse, who owns the building. The Electric Mayhem is headlining their biggest concert ever across town, but the band is nowhere to be found. They are still at the studio, jamming with a team of penguin audio engineers while Scooter desperately tries to get them moving. Guests board a fast limousine and race across a Muppet-reimagined Hollywood to get the band to the show on time.
The exterior of the attraction is also getting a visual overhaul. The iconic large guitar outside the building is being repainted with a vibrant psychedelic design inspired by a classic Muppet car paint job, and the piano motif at the base will feature a golden key as a nod to Dr. Teeth.

What Else We Know About the Retheme
Inside the queue, guests will get a VIP tour of G-Force Records and encounter the Electric Mayhem — Animal, Dr. Teeth, and the rest of the band — along with the penguin audio engineers and Scooter managing the chaos. The ride itself sends guests through a Muppet-themed version of Hollywood’s iconic scenery and landmarks. Audio-animatronic Muppet figures are confirmed for the attraction.
