If the pattern holds, an opening date for Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring the Muppets at Disney’s Hollywood Studios could be just days away. We also now know Walt Disney World and Disney Parks will release the official tracklist for the upcoming ride on April 16th.

The image, shared by Disney Parks on social media on April 13, 2026, shows a single corner of a road case. The kind of heavy-duty touring equipment you’d expect to see backstage at a rock concert. A sticker of Kermit the Frog is front and center, with additional stickers including a guitar pick labeled “LK” and a pair of stage light graphics. The bottom right corner of the image reads “Original Idol,” leaning hard into the rock-and-roll theming of the upcoming attraction. Only one corner of the case is visible in the frame.
Why This Could Be a Four-Part Reveal
A road case has four corners, and Disney showed us exactly one of them. That is almost certainly not a coincidence. The smart money says Disney Parks will drop one corner of the case per day over the next several days, with each image adding a new piece of the puzzle. When all four corners come together, the full road case would be revealed, and the expectation among fans is that the completed image would include the official opening date for Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring the Muppets.
Disney has used this style of multi-part social media teasers before to build anticipation ahead of a major announcement, and the timing here lines up. Cool Kids’ Summer 2026 runs from May 26 through September 8, and the Muppets coaster has been positioned as one of the anchor experiences of the season. The attraction replaces the longtime Aerosmith version and keeps the high-speed launch coaster experience intact while wrapping it in the chaotic, lovable energy of Kermit, Miss Piggy, Fozzie, and the rest of the gang.
