What the AMC Super Mario Galaxy Movie Collectibles Look Like
The Super Mario Galaxy Movie Bucket is the standard large-format popcorn container for the film, featuring the movie’s logo and galaxy artwork across the exterior. Design may vary by location.
The Yellow Luma Star Bucket is a great piece in the AMC lineup. It is shaped like Luma, the small yellow star character from the Super Mario Galaxy game, smiling face and all, with a pointed star silhouette. It comes with a large popcorn included. Plus, it lights up.
The Yoshi Figure Bucket is the item most fans have been watching since the first marketing images dropped. It puts Yoshi in a seated figure design holding a large popcorn bowl. Yoshi is available at multiple chains, and AMC is one of the confirmed locations.
The Bowser Cup is a large drink cup featuring Bowser art from the film. Design may vary. It comes with a large drink included.
The Mini Bowser Cauldron is the standalone collectible at $7.69 plus tax. It does not hold a large popcorn. It holds approximately eight pieces of popcorn and measures 2.6 inches at its widest point. It is also, as of March 17, 2026, an official Guinness World Record holder.
Where to Get the AMC Super Mario Galaxy Movie Collectibles
All five items are available at AMC Theatres locations nationwide starting April 1, 2026. AMC is also running midnight showings of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, starting the night of March 31, going into April 1. The Mini Bowser Cauldron Is a Guinness World Record Holder, and Fantasy Land News Was There
On March 17, 2026, Fantasy Land News served as one of two official Guinness World Records witnesses at AMC Theatres at Universal CityWalk Hollywood when the Mini Bowser Cauldron was certified as the World’s Smallest Commercially Available Popcorn Container. The vessel holds 105 ML. Fantasy Land News and Black Nerd Comedy both signed the official Guinness documents to finalize the certification.
The record was set through a partnership between ZINC, Illumination, Universal Pictures, and AMC Theatres. ZINC designed and manufactured the piece. The Mini Bowser Cauldron has the same recognizable design as the full-size Bowser Cauldron: claw feet, looped side handles, a top handle, and a dark finish. The only difference is that it now fits in the palm of your hand and holds eight pieces of popcorn. It is permanently in the Guinness Book of World Records.

What We Think
AMC put together a more complete package for this film than I expected. The collectibles alone would have been enough to write about, but the IMAX mystery poster on opening day, the Japan sweepstakes tied to Dolby Cinema tickets, and the Galaxy Pop Dippin’ Dots show that AMC is treating this release the way they treated the first Mario film. The Mini Bowser Cauldron is still the standout item across every chain, and being in the room when Guinness certified it makes me say that with full confidence.
If you are only going to one chain for this movie, AMC is the one with the most going on around it. The sweepstakes alone is worth buying Dolby Cinema tickets if you were already planning to see it in a premium format.
