Disney Store Times Square in Manhattan is carrying a lineup of New York City-exclusive merchandise in 2026, including limited enamel pins, Wishables mystery plush, snow globes, and character plush available only at the two-story Times Square location. The Disney Wishables Shimmer New York City Series is a mystery blind box containing one of five mini plush variants — Mickey Mouse holding a hot dog, Minnie Mouse dressed as Lady Liberty, a yellow taxicab, an apple wearing Mickey Mouse Ear Hats, and a pizza slice. The series has been circulating on TikTok and is available exclusively at the Times Square store.
Two NYC enamel pins are among the must-have exclusives for collectors. The Minnie Mouse as Lady Liberty pin features the character against a shimmering blue background with stars, torch raised. The Mickey Mouse Marathon pin shows Mickey alongside a sunny New York skyline.
A pair of NYC mini snow globes round out the exclusive collectibles — one showing Minnie Mouse as Lady Liberty surrounded by gold glitter, the other featuring Mickey Mouse taking in the city. Both are designed as display souvenirs.
For plush, the store carries a Mickey Mouse “I Love NY” plush and a Minnie Mouse Lady Liberty plush in small sizes exclusive to the Times Square location. Larger sizes of both are available on DisneyStore.com.
Magic: The Gathering | Marvel Super Heroes Launch Event
Disney Store Times Square hosted a launch event for Magic: The Gathering | Marvel Super Heroes on Friday, June 19, ahead of the full set’s official release on June 26. Guests who stopped in during regular store hours received a welcome deck at the door, plus a promo card with any purchase of Magic product.
The welcome decks use a beginner-friendly format built to play right out of the box, so newcomers did not need to build a full set to join in. Learn to Play tables were also set up around the store, staffed by hosts running demos for anyone discovering the game for the first time.
Artists David Polabo and Jim Cheung, who worked on pieces of the card collection’s artwork, met fans for postcard signings from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the upstairs gazebo. The store also set up a themed photo op and handed out a S.H.I.E.L.D. dossier souvenir to guests exploring the event.
Magic: The Gathering | Marvel Super Heroes brings Marvel characters and scenes into the Magic universe, and the Times Square event gave fans an early look at artwork, gameplay mechanics, and products ahead of the wider release. The full set is available for preorder now from local game stores, TCGplayer, Amazon, and other retailers that carry Magic, with an official release set for June 26.
