Disney is calling the 2026 Anaheim Convention Center show floor its largest and most innovative yet, with expanded hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. More than 50 panels and presentations are planned exclusively for fans across the three main days, covering behind-the-scenes stories, first looks at upcoming projects, and conversations with creators from across The Walt Disney Company.
Fan-favorite experiences return including hands-on Disney Experiences and Walt Disney Imagineering activations, dedicated spaces for Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic, and Disney+ and Hulu programming areas. All-New Activations Coming to D23 2026. Several new experiences have been confirmed for the show floor. Mundo Pixar: The D23 Experience, presented by Disney Rewards Visa Cards from Chase, gives fans a special D23 preview of the immersive Mundo Pixar walk-through experience currently touring worldwide, featuring life-size sets from beloved Pixar films. This is the first time the experience has had a dedicated D23 presence.
ESPN and the Road to the Super Bowl highlight the intersection of sports and entertainment, a natural fit given that Chris Berman — one of the 2026 Disney Legends honorees — helped build ESPN into what it is today and will be part of ESPN’s first-ever Super Bowl coverage in 2027. New character and franchise activations include Bluey, Camp Rock 3, and The Simpsons, plus a standout Mickey F1 display featuring a real Formula 1 car.
Ravensburger is hosting a first-of-its-kind Disney Lorcana Challenge Championship Qualifier on the show floor. The winner earns a guaranteed seat at the 2027 Disney Lorcana North American Championship, making this one of the highest-stakes competitive experiences D23 has ever offered.
Walt Disney Archives: Uncrated One of the most exciting new additions to the 2026 show floor is Walt Disney Archives: Uncrated, an exhibition that recreates the experience of stepping inside the actual warehouses where Disney stores its most historic artifacts. These spaces are normally accessible only to Disney archivists. The exhibition features themed displays of iconic props, costumes, and puppets from beloved films, television series, and theme parks, spanning generations of Disney history.
This follows the successful tradition of Walt Disney Archives exhibitions at past D23 events. A separate Archives exhibition called Capturing Life, Creating Character: The Art of Live-Action opens at the Muzeo Museum and Cultural Center on August 8, the first day of the broader D23 week.
Returning Fan Favorites. D23 Mousequerade: The Ultimate Disney Costume Contest returns, presented by AT&T. The contest is open to D23 Members at the General or Gold level and celebrates fan creativity and craftsmanship. The event also includes the world premiere of a new feature-length documentary from filmmaker Leslie Iwerks. Iwerks previously premiered a Disneyland documentary at Destination D23 in 2025. No subject has been announced for the 2026 film yet.
The Ultimate Disney Sweepstakes: Fantastic Prizes. The sweepstakes returns bigger than before with some of the most extraordinary prizes Disney has ever offered at a D23 event. Confirmed prizes include a sailing on the inaugural season of Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship, Disney Believe, a National Geographic Journeys with G Adventures trip to Kenya for a safari experience tied to Jon Favreau’s upcoming Disney+ and Hulu series Lion, and a 3-day, 2-night trip to Los Angeles for the red-carpet world premiere of Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday. The Honda Center Showcases. Each evening of the main event closes with a marquee showcase at the Honda Center.
